Processing Times (Turnaround Time)
- DougsCreations’ standard turnaround time (TAT) is 1 to 30 business days, depending on the size of the order, customization requirements, current order volume, and product type.
- Custom 3D printed items, personalized products, and large orders may require additional processing time.
- Turnaround time begins after full payment has been received.
- While we strive to complete orders as quickly as possible, turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Business days do not include weekends, federal holidays, carrier closures, emergency situations, equipment maintenance, supply delays, or circumstances beyond DougsCreations’ control.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipping label has been created or purchased.
- If an order is canceled after a shipping label has been purchased, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect addresses, returned packages, refused deliveries, or requested reshipments.
Additional Shipping Terms
- DougsCreations reserves the right to combine multiple orders into a single shipment when appropriate.
- Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed by DougsCreations.
- Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, DougsCreations is no longer responsible for carrier delays, routing issues, loss, theft, damage, or delivery errors.
- Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.
- By placing an order with DougsCreations, customers acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms and understand that all shipping-related issues are subject to carrier policies and procedures.
