Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from DougsCreations, participating in live sales, placing custom orders, submitting deposits, or using our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all published policies, including but not limited to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and TikTok Live Claims & Deposits Policy.
Custom-Made Products
All custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order products are created according to customer selections and specifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to purchase. Once production has begun, changes, cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be permitted unless otherwise required by law.
Product Variations
Due to the nature of 3D printing, handmade crafting, UV DTF applications, resin products, acrylic products, and other custom manufacturing processes, minor variations may occur between products. Slight differences in color, texture, layer lines, placement, finish, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, logos, branding, listings, descriptions, digital content, graphics, and original creations produced by DougsCreations remain the intellectual property of DougsCreations unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DougsCreations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, inability to use, shipment, delivery, or possession of any product.
The maximum liability of DougsCreations for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Third-Party Carriers
DougsCreations is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, misdelivery, or service interruptions caused by shipping carriers or other third parties once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Policy Updates
DougsCreations reserves the right to modify, update, or revise its policies, procedures, pricing, product offerings, and terms of service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication.
Governing Law
These policies and any disputes arising from purchases made through DougsCreations shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
