Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
At DougsCreations, all products are custom-made and/or handmade specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
3D Printed Products
- All 3D printed items are custom-made to order.
- Production time, design preparation, printing, assembly, and finishing require significant labor and materials.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
- No store credit, account credit, or monetary refunds will be issued for custom 3D printed products.
- UVDTF decals applied to pen stands are intended for decorative purposes only. Due to the textured surface of many pen stands, UVDTF decals are not specifically designed for this application and may not adhere as permanently as they would on smooth surfaces.
- UVDTF decals are applied to help personalize and enhance the appearance of the pen stand. Customers understand and accept this when purchasing a custom pen stand with a UVDTF design.
- To help preserve the decal, avoid exposing the pen stand to excessive heat, direct high-temperature environments, or prolonged sunlight. Proper care will help maintain the appearance of the UVDTF decoration.
- Once a pen stand or other product leaves our possession and is transferred to the shipping carrier, DougsCreations is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, mishandling, or other issues that may occur during transportation. Any claims related to shipping damage, loss, or carrier handling are the responsibility of the customer and/or the shipping carrier.
Custom Pens & Pen Building Supplies
- All pen sales are final.
- Due to the custom and handmade nature of our pen products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- No store credit, account credit, or monetary refunds will be issued.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, colors, designs, and personalization requests before submitting payment. Please ensure all information is correct at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
By placing an order with DougsCreations, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that all purchases are final.
TikTok Live Claims, Invoices & Deposits
- All claims made during TikTok Live sales are considered binding purchases.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their claims and purchases throughout the live event.
- Deposits are required for new customers and selected orders as communicated during the live.
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If a customer chooses to cancel their order, abandons their basket, fails to complete payment, or does not cover the balance due by the end of the live sale (unless prior arrangements have been approved), the deposit will be forfeited.
- Any unpaid invoice that remains outstanding beyond the payment timeframe established by DougsCreations may be canceled at our discretion.
- Cancellation of an unpaid invoice will result in the forfeiture of any deposits made and may result in the loss of all claimed items.
- No refunds, exchanges, returns, store credit, account credit, or monetary reimbursement will be issued for forfeited deposits, canceled orders, or unpaid invoices.
- By claiming items during a TikTok Live sale, submitting a deposit, or accepting an invoice, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Please claim responsibly. Claims made during TikTok Live sales are commitments to purchase. By participating in our live sales, you agree to complete payment for all claimed items within the timeframe provided by DougsCreations.
